YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Manufacton does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AND STORED AUTOMATICALLY
If you do nothing during your visit but browse/search through the website, read pages, or download information, Manufacton will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. This information does not identify you personally. Manufacton automatically collects and stores only the following information about your visit :

The Websites may offer applications, products and/or services, which may be offered by Manufacton. You may you use a customer order form on the Website to request information, products, and services. The customer order form and the user registration form may ask you to give Manufacton contact information, financial information, such as a credit card number, and demographic information, such as your age or zip code.
Manufacton will use the financial information provided on the customer order form or the user registration form to bill you for the applications, products and/or services that you purchase. By providing your financial information and related Personal Information, you are authorizing Manufacton to give that information to the financial institution in order to confirm and fulfill your order. Manufacton may use a third party to process online payments and therefore you authorize Manufacton to transfer your financial information and related Personal Information to such third party to process your order.
Manufacton will use the Personal Information from the customer order form and the user registration form to fulfill your purchase. Manufacton may use the Personal Information to contact you when necessary.
